This web site is provided by Slavyanka Chorus, Inc. aka Slavyanka Men's Russian Chorus, a Non-Profit Charitable 501 c3 organization. The purpose of the site is to provide a means for all interested perons and Slavyankees to join, participate and communicate among our community of singers and Friends of Slavyanka who graciously support the Chorus with financial and hands on support.
Slavyanka is an a cappella men's choir based in San Francisco, CA.
- Its mission is to sustain Slavyanka
as an enduring musical enterprise excelling in the highest standards of choral singing. - Perform music from the varied choral traditions of Russia and Eastern Europe.
- Understand and share the cultural history behind these traditions, and
• Contribute to international and intercultural understanding between East and West through the special language of a cappella choral music.
